Random

The Random class is used to generate pseudo-random numbers.

Generate an instance of a random number.

Random.SetSeed ( value : number ) : void
Set the seed value for random number generation.
Random.NextInt ( ) : number
Returns a random integer.
Random.NextIntRanged ( min : number , max : number ) : number
Returns a random integer within the range of min and max (random number does not include min and max).
Random.NextFloat ( ) : number
Returns a random floating-point number.
Random.NextFloatRanged ( min : number , max : number ) : number
Returns a random floating-point number within the range of min and max (excluding min and max).
Random.RandomUnitVector ( ) : Vector3
Returns a random non-negative Vector3.
